Aloha Colored Contacts offers the following shipping options at this time:

• Regular Shipping: FREE for ALL orders over $50 (3-7 business days delivery for metro areas in the continental United States; up to 12 days for remote/rural areas.)
• Regular Shipping (orders under $50): $3.50 flat rate
• Expedited Shipping: $7.99 (2-4 business days delivery in the continental US. Up to 5-6 days for remote/rural areas.)
• International Shipping: $9.99 (timing varies depending on location. All international shipments are via DHL.

All customers will receive a tracking number and link to track their package upon shipping from our warehouse.

Excluding holidays and weekends, orders ship within 24 hours of order. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the following monday or business day if it is a holiday weekend.

Refunds & Returns

Returns can only be accepted if the package has NOT been opened. Due to the nature of this cosmetic product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products which have been opened.

Please do NOT return products without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our warehouse requires this number to process your return for a refund or exchange. If you do not get authorization for your return, your package may be returned at your expense. Contact support@alohacoloredcontacts.com to obtain a RMA number.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns (whether accompanied by a RMA number or as a result of an undeliverable address) are subject to a $4.75 per item fee.
