Refunds & ExchangesReturns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns will only be accepted for UNOPENED products. Opening the package renders the product non-sterile and we can't accept it. Aloha Colored Contacts will reject returns that don't have an RMA number and which have been opened.. Products arriving in those conditions will be returned at your expense. Please note that any cancellations/refunds requests prior to the item being shipped are subject to a 2.9% cancellation fee.
